The Mission
Light Within Wellness is owned and operated by Mary Norman, LMFT, NCC who has a mission to provide quality mental healthcare and wellness services to clients struggling with anxiety and/ or relationship concerns. As a practice, the goal is to meet clients where they are, to understand their needs, and to support their path to creating the life they want to live. Light Within Wellness is proud to incorporate mind-body practices such as yoga into therapy when appropriate, often increasing therapeutic gains while tapping into natural resources.
