The Mission
Light Within Wellness is owned and operated by Mary Norman, LMFT, NCC, RYT-200 whose mission is to provide quality therapy and wellness services to her clients. Mary is a therapist and yoga instructor that specializes in treating anxiety, trauma, self-worth, and relationship issues. As a practice, the goal is to meet clients where they are, to understand their unique needs, and to support their path to creating a life connected to their inner light. Mary is proud to incorporate somatic practices such as yoga into counseling work, as appropriate, often increasing therapeutic gains while tapping into natural resources.
